3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Service Fees

Our fees for auto selection services will be provided to you before any services are rendered. All fees are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

Payment terms:

• A deposit may be required to initiate services
• Final payment is due upon completion of services
• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, electronic funds transfer, and bank drafts

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of services must be requested in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service completion:

• Cancellations before service initiation: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
• Cancellations after service initiation but before vehicle identification: 50% refund
• Cancellations after vehicle identification: No refund

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information relevant to your vehicle needs
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Make timely payments per the agreed-upon terms
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our services

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Medovaya Lepyoshka or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Vehicle Transactions

While we assist in the vehicle selection process, you acknowledge that:

• We do not sell vehicles directly
• Any purchase agreement is between you and the vehicle seller
• We provide assistance and expert advice but do not guarantee specific outcomes or results
• Final decisions regarding vehicle purchases are your responsibility
• We are not liable for issues arising after the purchase of a vehicle, except as explicitly covered in our after-sale support services

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDOVAYA LEPYOSHKA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the six (6) month period preceding such claim.
